LTC®4357 是一款正高电压理想二极管控制器,用于驱动一个外部 N 沟道 MOSFET 以取代一个肖特基二极管。当在二极管“或”和高电流二极管应用中使用时,LTC4357 能够降低功耗、热耗散、电压损失并缩减 PC 板面积。

LTC4357 能够很容易地对电源进行“或”操作,以提高总体系统可靠性。在二极管“或”应用中,LTC4357 用于控制 MOSFET 两端的正向电压降,以确保从一条路径至另一条路径的平滑电流转移而没有振荡现象。在电源发生故障或短路的情况下,快速关断操作可较大限度地减小反向电流瞬变。
