LT®3009 系列是微功率、低压差电压 (LDO) 线性稳压器。这些器件可提供 20mA 输出电流和一个 280mV 的压差电压。无负载静态电流为 3μA。当负载增加时,接地引脚电流保持在低于 5% 输出电流的水平上。在停机模式中,静态电流
LT3009 稳压器利用低 ESR 陶瓷电容器 (所需的最小电容值仅为 1μF) 来优化稳定性和瞬态响应。这些稳压器不像其他稳压器所常见的那样需要额外的 ESR。内部保护电路包括电流限制、热限制、反向电池保护和反向电流保护。

对于那些需要中等输出驱动能力以及超低待机功耗的应用而言,LT3009 系列是理想的选择。该器件可提供 1.2V、1.5V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V 和 5V 固定输出电压,而且也可以用作一款具一个低至 600mV 基准的输出电压范围的可调型器件。LT3009 采用 6 引脚 DFN 和 8 引脚 SC70 封装。

产品详情

Demonstration circuit 1156A is an ultralow quiescent current and low dropout voltage linear regulator featuring the 20mA output current LT3009 in the  which comes in the 2mm × 2mm DFN package. The DC1156A has an input voltage range from 1.6V to 20V and has jumper-selectable output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V or a user-defined value.


With the 3µA quiescent current of the LT3009, the DC1156A is ideal for supplying power to low current battery-powered systems, keep-alive power supply and remote monitoring utility meters and hotel door locks.
