LTC3605是一款高效率、单芯片同步降压稳压器,采用可锁相控制的导通时间恒定频率、电流模式架构。使用最小的输入和输出电容时,多相操作使多个LTC3605稳压器可以实现错相运行。工作电源电压范围低至4V至15V,适合双路锂离子电池输入以及采用12V或5V供电轨的负载点电源应用。

工作频率可用外部电阻在800kHz至4MHz范围内可编程。高频率能力支持小型表面贴装电感。对于开关噪声敏感型应用,可在800kHz至4MHz范围内进行外部同步。PHMODE引脚允许用户控制输出时钟信号相位。独特的恒定频率/受控导通时间架构非常适合在高频率下工作同时要求快速瞬态响应的高降压比应用。两个内部锁相环将内部振荡器同步至外部时钟,同时伺服稳压器导通时间以锁定至内部时钟或外部时钟(如果存在)。
