产品详情

演示电路1401A是一款可调500mA线性稳压器,内置LT3085。LT3085构建作为精密电流源和电压跟随器,可用于许多需要高达500mA输出电流、将输出电压调低至0V且无需散热器的应用。配合多个电源使用时,该器件会引出调整管的集电极以实现低压差工作。该演示板采用1.7V至25V的输入电压范围(最大输出电压受限于输出电容的电压额定值)并提供1.2V、1.8V、2.5V、3.3V、5V的跳线可选输出电压或用户定义值。


为使LT3085正常调节电压,控制引脚(VCONTROL)上的电压必须比输出电压约大1.2V以上。
