LTC®3026 是一款非常低压差 (VLDO) 线性稳压器,可在输入电压低至 1.14V 的条件下运作。该器件能够提供 1.5A 输出电流,典型压差电压仅为 100mV。为了允许在低输入电压条件下运作,LTC3026 内置了一个升压型转换器,该升压型转换器负责提供内部 LDO 电路所必需的空间。

输出电流直接来自输入电源,旨在实现效率的较大化。升压型转换器仅需一个小型片式电感器和陶瓷电容器便可执行操作。此外,一个 LTC3026 的升压输出电压还能够提供用于其他 LTC3026 的升压电压,因而多个 LDO 只需单个电感器。可以采用一个由用户提供的升压电压,从而完全免除了增设电感器的需要。

LTC3026 稳压器可在采用 10μF 或更大的陶瓷输出电容器时保持稳定。该器件具有一个 0.4V 的低基准电压,用于通过两个外部电阻器来设置输出电压。这款器件还具有内部电流限制、过热停机和反向输出电流保护功能。LTC3026 采用小外形 10 引脚 MSOP 或扁平 (高度仅 0.75mm) 10 引脚 3mm x 3mm DFN 封装。
