LTM®4618 是一款完整的 6A 输出开关模式 DC/DC 电源。封装中内置了开关控制器、功率 FET、电感器以及所有的支持元件。LTM4618 可一个在 4.5V 至 26.5V 的输入电压范围内运作,支持一个 0.8V 至 5V 的输出电压范围 (由单个外部电阻器来设定)。其高效率设计可提供 6A 的连续电流 (峰值为 8A)。仅需少量的输入和输出电容器。

高开关频率和一种电流模式架构的运用实现了针对电压和负载变化的快速瞬态响应,而并未牺牲稳定性。该器件支持频率同步和用于电源轨排序的输出电压跟踪功能。在轻负载条件下,可选择执行突发模式操作或脉冲跳跃模式。

该器件的故障保护功能包括过压保护、过流保护和用于提供短路保护的折返电流限制。

LTM4618 采用 9mm x 15mm x 4.32mm LGA 和 9mm x 15mm x 4.92mm BGA 封装,并具符合 RoHS 标准的引脚涂层。

Demonstration circuit 1472 features the LTM4618EV μModule® regulator, a complete high efficiency synchronous buck regulator with tracking. The DC1472 input range is from 4.5V to 26.5V and is capable of delivering up to 6A of output current; however, current derating may be necessary under certain VIN, VOUT, frequency and thermal conditions. The output voltage is jumper programmable from 1.2V to 5V and can be set as low as 0.8V, the reference voltage of the LTM4618EV.
