LTM®4628 是一款完整的双通道 8A 输出开关模式 DC/DC 电源,可容易地通过配置提供单路两相 16A 输出。封装中内置了开关控制器、功率 FET、电感器和所有的支持元件。LTM4628 可在一个 4.5V 至 26.5V 的输入电压范围内运作,支持两个输出电压范围均为 0.6V 至 5.5V (由单个外部电阻器来设定) 的输出。该器件的高效率设计能够为每个输出提供 8A 连续电流。仅需少量的输入和输出电容器。

Demonstration circuit DC1663A features the LTM4628EV, the high efficiency, high density, dual 8A output, switch mode step-down power module. The input voltage is from 4.5V to 26.5V. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 5.5V. Output current derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT, and thermal conditions. The board operates in continuous conduction mode in heavy load conditions. For high efficiency at low load currents, the MODE jumper (JP1) selects pulse-skipping mode for noise sensitive applications or Burst Mode® operation in less noise sensitive applications. The DC1663A sets the LTM4628EV default switching frequency to 400kHz; however the frequency is resistor programmable from 250kHz up to 780kHz.
