LTM^®4649 是一款完整的 10A、高效率、开关模式降压型 μModule^®稳压器，其采用 9mm x 15mm x 4.92mm BGA 封装。封装中内置了开关控制器、功率 FET、电感器和所有的支持组件。LTM4649 可在一个 4.5V 至 16V 的输入电压范围内运作，支持一个 0.6V 至 3.3V 的输出电压范围 (由单个外部电阻器来设定)。这种高效设计可提供 10A 的连续电流。仅需大容量的输入和输出电容器。

Demonstration circuit 1856B-B features the LTM4649EY μModule^® regulator, a high performance high efficiency step-down regulator. The LTM4649EY has an operating input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V and is able to provide an output current of up to 10A. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to 3.3V and can be remotely sensed with the internal differential remote sensing amplifier. The LTM4649EY is a complete DC-DC point of load regulator in a thermally enhanced 15mm × 9mm × 4.92mm BGA package requiring only a few input and output capacitors.
