LTC3025-X是一款微功耗VLDO™（极低压差）线性稳压器，工作输入电压低至0.9V。该器件能够提供500mA输出电流，典型压差仅为85mV。运行内部基准电压源和LDO电路需要BIAS电源，输出电流直接来自IN电源以实现高效调节。LTC3025-1以0.4V低基准电压提供可调输出，LTC3025-2、LTC3025-3和LTC3025-4分别具有1.2V、1.5V和1.8V的固定输出电压。

LTC3025-X具有低静态电流，使其非常适合用于电池供电系统。对于3节NiMH和单节锂离子应用，BIAS电压可直接从电池中提供，输入可来自高效率降压稳压器，从而提供高效率、低噪声输出。

其他特性包括高输出电压精度、出色的瞬态响应、使用低至1μF的超低ESR陶瓷电容提供的稳定性、短路、热过载保护和输出电流限制。LTC3025-X采用采用纤巧、扁平(0.75mm) 的6引脚DFN (2mm × 2mm)封装。

产品详情

演示电路1283是一款使用LTC3025-1 500mA输出电流线性稳压器的超低压差电源，该稳压器采用小型2mm x 2mm 6引脚DFN封装。DC1283A具有0.9V至5.5V的输入电压范围，并提供跳线可选输出，可设置为0.8V、1.2V、1.5V、1.8V或0.4V至3.6V之间的用户定义值。

LTC3025-1具有0.4V的基准电压，使DC1283A可向极低电压应用供电。DC1283A还非常适用于降压开关稳压器后置调节，可结合使用以构建高效率低噪声电源。DC1283使用小型陶瓷电容，表明LTC3025-1使用陶瓷输出电容能够保持稳定性。
