LTC3025-X是一款微功耗VLDO(极低压差)线性稳压器,工作输入电压低至0.9V。该器件能够提供500mA输出电流,典型压差仅为85mV。运行内部基准电压源和LDO电路需要BIAS电源,输出电流直接来自IN电源以实现高效调节。LTC3025-1以0.4V低基准电压提供可调输出,LTC3025-2、LTC3025-3和LTC3025-4分别具有1.2V、1.5V和1.8V的固定输出电压。

LTC3025-X具有低静态电流,使其非常适合用于电池供电系统。对于3节NiMH和单节锂离子应用,BIAS电压可直接从电池中提供,输入可来自高效率降压稳压器,从而提供高效率、低噪声输出。
