产品详情

  • 输入电压范围：1.14V 至 5.5V
  • 低压差电压：在 IOUT = 1.5A 时为 100mV
  • 可调输出范围：0.4V 至 2.6V
  • 输出电流：高达 1.5A
  • 卓越的电源抑制性能 (即使在接近压差的条件下也不例外)
  • 停机模式将负载从 VIN 和 VBST 断接
  • 低工作电流：
    • IIN = 95μA (在 VIN = 1.5V)
    • IBIAS = 175μA (在 VBIAS = 5V)
  • 低停机电流：
    • IIN < 1μA (典型值)，IBST = 0.1μA (典型值)
