产品详情

演示电路2615A在高效率1.2V/15A降压稳压器中采用LTC7151S,该稳压器具有3.1V至20V的输入电压范围和1MHz开关频率。Silent Switcher®2技术降低了开关噪声,同时LTC7151S的内部MOSFET在宽输入电压范围内提供高效率。无需电流检测电阻。

LTC7151S采用控制的导通时间、谷值电流模式架构。此架构支持较短的最小导通时间,非常适合高降压比。此外,此架构允许开关节点脉冲在负载升压后压缩以提供快速负载阶跃响应(见图6)。
