LTM4638 是一款完整的 15A 降压型开关模式 µModule (电源模块) 稳压器,其采用纤巧型 6.25mm × 6.25mm × 5.02mm BGA 封装。封装中内置了开关控制器、功率 FET、电感器和支持组件。LTM4638 的工作输入电压范围为 3.1V 至 20V,支持 0.6V 至 5.5V 的输出电压范围 (该范围由单个外部电阻器设定)。它的高效率设计可提供高达 15A 的连续输出电流。只需大容量的输入和输出电容器。

LTM4638 支持可选的不连续模式操作和用于电源轨排序的输出电压跟踪功能。该器件的高开关频率和电流模式控制可针对电压和负载变化实现非常快的瞬态响应,并不会牺牲稳定性。

故障保护功能包括过压、过流和过热保护。
