ADT7310:  精确度为±0.5°C的16位数字SPI温度传感器

ADT7310是一款采用标准窄体SOIC封装的高精度数字温度传感器。它包含一个带隙温度传感器和一个13位ADC，可以0.0625°C的分辨率对温度进行监控和数字化。其分辨率可以通过在配置寄存器设置一个位来更改到16位、0.0078°C的分辨率。缺省分辨率为13位。

Product Description

ADT7310是一款采用标准窄体SOIC封装的高精度数字温度传感器。它包含一个带隙温度传感器和一个13位ADC，可以0.0625°C的分辨率对温度进行监控和数字化。其分辨率可以通过在配置寄存器设置一个位来更改到16位、0.0078°C的分辨率。缺省分辨率为13位。

ADT7410工作电压范围为2.7V到5.5V。工作电压为3.3V时，平均供电电流典型值为250µA。ADT7410提供关断模式来实现器件断电，并产生一个典型值为0.8µA的关断电流。ADT7410的额定工作温度范围为−55°C到+150°C。

CT引脚是开漏输出，当温度超过可编程的临界温度极限时被激活。其缺省临界温度极限是80°C。INT引脚也是开漏输出，当温度超过可编程的临界温度极限时被激活。INT和CT引脚都可以在比较器或者中断方式下工作。
