Product Description

ADP3333是精密低压差anyCAP®电压稳压器ADP333x系列产品之一。它与MAX8860引脚兼容,可工作于2.6 V~12 V的较宽输入电压范围内,并提供高达300 mA的负载电流。与传统LDO不同,ADP3333采用创新架构及增强型工艺,从而可提供优于其它同类产品的性能。它采用专利设计,仅需1.0 µF的输出电容即可稳定工作。这款器件对输出电容等效串联电阻(ESR)不敏感,与任意高质量的电容配合使用时均可稳定工作,包括面向空间受限应用的陶瓷电容(MLCC)。ADP3333在室温条件下可提供±0.8%的出色精度,在整个温度、线性和负载变化范围内可提供±1.8%的精度。 ADP3333在300 mA下的压差仅为140 mV(典型值)。这款器件还包括安全电流限制、过热保护和关断特性。在关断模式下,地电流降低至小于1µA。ADP3333 在轻载条件下具有70 µA(典型值)的超低静态电流。
