ADM7160是一款超低噪声、低压差线性稳压器,采用2.2 V5.5 V电源供电,最大输出电流为200 mA。在200 mA负载下压差仅为150 mV,不仅可提高效率,而且能使器件在很宽的输入电压范围内工作。

ADM7160采用新颖的电路拓扑结构,实现了超低噪声性能,而无需旁路电容,适合对噪声敏感的模拟和RF应用。ADM7160在提供超低噪声性能的同时,并不影响其PSRR或线路与负载瞬态响应性能。

限流和热过载保护电路可以防止器件在不利条件下受损。ADM7160EN输入引脚还内置一个下拉电阻。

ADM7160经过专门设计,利用1 μF±30%小型陶瓷输入和输出电容便可稳定工作,适合高性能、空间受限应用的要求。

ADM7160采用紧凑型5引脚TSOT6引脚LFCSP两种封装,提供16个固定输出电压选项(范围从1.1 V3.3 V)。LFCSP不仅提供一种超紧凑的解决方案,而且散热性能出色,在小尺寸薄型电路板空间中满足高达200 mA输出电流的应用需求。

The ADM7160 evaluation boards demonstrate the operation and functionality of the ADM7160 ultralow noise, 200 mA, linear regulator.

Simple device measurements such as line and load regulation, dropout voltage, and ground current can be demonstrated with only a single voltage supply, load resistors, and a voltmeter or an ammeter.

Complete specifications for the ADM7160 ultralow noise, 200 mA, linear regulator are available in the ADM7160 data sheet available from Analog Devices, Inc., and should be consulted in conjunction with this user guide when using the evaluation boards.

The AD-JUPITER-EBZ is a versatile software-defined platform based on Analog Devices ADRV9002 and Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC. The ADRV9002 is a new generation RF transceiver that has dual-channel transmitters, dual-channel receivers covering a frequency range of 30 MHz to 6 GHz. This device has a high-quality RF linearity performance and a set of advanced features like fast profiles switching, flexible power vs. performance configuration, fast frequency hopping, multi-chip synchronization, and digital pre-distortion (DPD) for narrow and wide band waveform.

The evaluation platform includes XCZU3EG processing device that has a wide range of interfaces, making the system capable of local processing or streaming to a remote host. It comes integrated in a self-contained ruggedized aluminum case, which gives flexibility in evaluating and prototyping across different environments.

The EVAL-AD5676RARDZ allows users to quickly prototype AD5676R circuits and reduce design time. The AD5676R operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The AD5676R incorporates an internal 2.5 V reference to give a full-scale output voltage of 2.5 V or 5 V. An ADR4525 is also provided on-board as a 2.5V reference source. A different external reference voltage can be applied via the EXT_REF SMB connector or test pin if needed.

The EVAL-AD5676RARDZ interfaces to the USB port of a PC via a system demonstration platform board (SDP-K1 ). The Analysis | Control | Evaluation (ACE) software is available for download from the EVAL-AD5676RARDZ product page to use with the evaluation board to allow the user to program the AD5676R. A peripheral module interface (PMOD) connection is also available to allow the connection of microcontrollers to the evaluation board without the SDP-K1 board. When a microcontroller is used through the PMOD connection, the SDP-K1 board must be disconnected, and the user is unable to operate the ACE software.

The EVAL-AD5676RARDZ is compatible with the EVAL-SDP-CK1Z (SDP-K1), which should be purchased separately. A typical connection between the EVAL-AD5676RARDZ and the SDP-B controller board is shown in the user guide. For full details, see the AD5676R data sheet, which must be used in conjunction with the user guide when using the EVAL-AD5676RARDZ.
