Reference software for LTPoE++ Semi-auto mode operation is available for the LTC4266A and may be applied to the LTC4274A; this software may be requested from the Software Request Form.

These PSE controllers utilize low RON external MOSFETs and 0.25Ω sense resistors which are especially important at the LTPoE++ current levels to maintain the lowest possible heat dissipation.
