LDOレギュレータ

LDOレギュレータと言えばアナログ・デバイセズ。現在アナログ・デバイセズでは付加価値の高いLDOレギュレータを多数供給しています。中でも大ヒット中の ADP150、 ADP151は弊社の高精度アナログICやノイズにシビアな RFのICに使える超低ノイズLDOレギュレータです。

アナログ・デバイセズのLDOレギュレータシリーズは2000年ころからどんなコンデンサでも安定動作するanyCAPTM ( ADP33xx ) のシリーズなど、今までユーザがあったらいいなと思えるちょっとした機能を盛り込んだ「ちょっといいLDOレギュレータ」で製品ラインナップを展開しています。現在は先に紹介した低ノイズの他に、1.8V入力ができる低入力LDOレギュレータがあります。これはPOLに注目し、DC/DCで高効率に作られた低電圧からより低い電圧をLDOレギュレータで生成する提案です。LDOは入出力の電位差により、必要以上にDC/DCを使わずに高効率に電源構成を組むことができます。詳しくは 「電源構成の簡素化を実現ADP1740/41.     ADP7182:リニア・レギュレータ、－30V / 200mA、低ノイズ

    ADP7182は、CMOS、ロー・ドロップアウト（LDO）のリニア・レギュレータで、入力電圧は－2.7V～－28Vで動作し、出力電流は最大－200mAまで供給することができます。この高い入力電圧が可能なLDOは、－27V～－1.22Vのレールで動作する高性能アナログ回路やミックスド・シグナル回路にとって理想的な安定化電源といえます。斬新で独自のアーキテクチャを使用することで、高い電源電圧除去性能、低ノイズを実現し、小型の2.2μFのセラミック出力コンデンサとともに、優れたラインおよび負荷トランジエント応答を達成します。

    ADP7182は、固定出力電圧と調整可能バージョンで供給されており、出力電圧は、外付けのフィードバック･デバイダを介して、－1.22V～（－VIN＋VDO）Vの範囲が可能です。
