Analog Devices’ digital controller family is based on a flexible, state machine architecture, with all features implemented in hardware—resulting in an extremely robust, reliable power supply application solution. To help eliminate complex code programming and simplify software qualification, the devices are programmed using PMBus and manufacture specific commands.
These solutions are designed to control high efficiency power supply converters with synchronous rectification, while higher switching frequency capability and protection feature integration result in low component count, high density power supply solutions.
