Product Description

ADP120是一款低静态电流、低压降的线性稳压器,工作电压为2.3 V~5.5 V,输出电流高达150 mA。在100 mA负载下仅有100 mV的低压降,有助于提高效率,使器件能在较宽的输入电压范围下工作。在满负载情况下,低静态电流仅为25 µA,非常适合电池供电的便携式设备。ADP121在1.2 V~3.3 V范围内提供16种固定的输出电压。这款器件经过优化,仅需小型1 μF陶瓷输出电容即可稳定工作。ADP121在极小的电路板面积内提供良好的瞬态性能,短路保护与过热保护电路能防止器件在不利条件下受到损坏。它采用5引脚小型TSOT封装。
