LT®6350 是一款具快速稳定时间的轨至轨输入和输出、低噪声、单端至差分转换器 / ADC 驱动器。它可将一个高阻抗或低阻抗单端输入信号转换为一个适合驱动高性能差分逐次逼近寄存器 (SAR) ADC 的低阻抗、平衡、差分输出。两运放拓扑结构具有非常低噪声的运放,能够在一个 1MHz 带宽内支持 SNR > 110dB。

对输入运放进行修整以在整个输入范围内实现恒定的低输入参考电压失调,旨在防止 VOS 阶跃导致失真性能下降。

当采用单 5V 电源时,输出可在 55mV 至 4.945V 摆动。在增设一个负电源的情况下,LT6350 能够在 0V 至 4.945V 摆动。输出共模电压通过在 +IN2 引脚上施加一个电压来设定。

LT6350 从一个 5V 电源吸收 4.8mA 电流,而在停机模式中的消耗电流仅为 60μA。

LT6350 采用紧凑型 3mm x 3mm、8 引脚无引线 DFN 封装,也可提供 8 引脚 MSOP 封装,工作温度范围为 –40ºC 至 125ºC。
