ADRF6750:  集成小数N分频锁相环(PLL)和压控振荡器(VCO)的950 MHz至1575 MHz正交调制器

ADRF6750是一款高集成度的正交调制器、频率合成器和可编程衰减器。这款器件覆盖950 MHz至1575 MHz的工作频率范围，主要用于卫星通信系统。

ADRF6750调制器包含高系数小数N分频频率合成器，10 Hz频率分辨率的VCO和1 dB步长精度的47 dB数字控制输出衰减器。

所有片上寄存器控制都通过用户可选的SPI接口或I2C接口实现。这款器件采用4.75 V至5.25 V的单电源供电。
