Product Description
AD8366具有出色的无杂散动态范围,适合驱动12-bit ADC。在10 MHz工作时,最大增益下的噪声系数(NF)为10.5 dB,增益每降低4 dB,NF就增加2 dB。在整个增益范围内,在10MHz下驱动500Ω负载时,对于2V p-p的输出,HD3和HD2都大于88 dBc。驱动200Ω负载时,-90 dBc的双音互调失真对应为43 dBm的OIP3。AD8366的差分输入阻抗为200Ω,以提供良好的阻抗匹配。差分输出采用电压模式,阻抗较低,为30Ω。
在整个电压范围,输出共模电压默认值为Vps/2,用户可通过VCMA与VCMB引脚进行编程调节。如果采用直流耦合工作方式,可以禁用内置的直流失调补偿环路。高通角通过OFSA与OFSB引脚上的外部电容设定。输入共模电压默认值也为Vps/2,但可以在1.2V到3.4V之间驱动。
数字接口支持并行或串行增益编程。AD8366采用4.5V ~ 5.5V电源供电,电源电流消耗为175 mA。待机功耗为4 mA。AD8366利用ADI公司高级的硅锗双极工艺制造,采用32引脚 裸露焊盘的LFCSP封装。工作温度范围为-40°C ~ +85°C。
