Micropower Buck Regulators
Analog Devices micropower monolithic step-down (buck) converters are targeted at applications that need to maximize efficiency at very light loads. When in burst mode, this product line provides standby quiescent currents in the tens of microamperes level. Even for the 60 V input buck converters, the standby quiescent current is less than 100 µA.
