Micropower Boost Regulators
Analog Devices micropower monolithic step-up (boost) converters are optimized for applications that need to maximize efficiency at very light loads. In addition to very wide input and output voltage ranges, these boost regulators offer synchronous rectification, integrated Schottky diodes, output disconnect, and greatly reduced conducted/emitted EMI. They are an ideal choice for single cell alkaline or lithium-ion powered devices, as well as industrial, medical, or automotive applications.
