Digital Crosspoint Switches

Analog Devices’ X-stream™ family of digital switches includes high speed crosspoint and 2:1 Mux/DeMux switches. Analog Devices crosspoint and 2:1 Mux/DeMux switches are ideal for WDM, enterprise and metro networking systems commonly employed by Internet service providers, data centers, telecom central offices, and storage area networks. These crosspoint switches are also suited for broadcast video applications.

    AD8155: 6.5 Gbps Dual Buffer Mux/Demux

    The AD8155 is an asynchronous, protocol-agnostic, dual-lane 2:1 switch with a total of six differential CML inputs and six differential CML outputs. The signal path supports NRZ signaling with data rates up to 6.5 Gbps per lane. Each lane offers programmable receive equalization, programmable output pre-emphasis, programmable output levels, and loss-of-signal detection.
