Regulated Step-Up Charge Pumps
Analog Devices’ family of regulated step-up charge pumps are used to step-up or boost an input voltage to a higher-level regulated output voltage. By eliminating the inductor, these switched capacitor converters offer a small solution footprint and a simple design than conventional inductive switchers. Key features include low quiescent current, multimode operation with automatic mode switching to maintain regulation, Iout up to 500mA, low noise constant frequency operation, Burst Mode® operation, overtemperature, fault and short-circuit protection.
