针对空间受限的设计,ADI为我们产品组合中的许多产品提供裸片解决方案。我们的团队为以下两种选项开发精密转换器解决方案:
- 功能CHIPS模型——在环境温度下验证有效。
- KGD——已知良好的裸片,保证符合数据手册的规格
两种裸片选项采用膜上裸片、窝伏尔组件或卷带和卷盘运输。
