The ADCMP392 is a dual rail-to-rail input low power comparators ideal for use in general-purpose applications. The ADCMP392 operates from a single 2.3V to 5.5V of supply voltage and draws minimal amount of current. The dual ADCMP392 consumes 23.9uA of supply current. The low voltage and low current operation of the ADCMP392 makes it ideal for battery-powered systems.

The comparators feature a common-mode input voltage range of 200mV beyond rails, an offset voltage at 1mV typical across full common-mode range, and an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) monitor. The design of the comparators allows the output to have a defined state upon power-up. A logic low output is generated if the supply voltage still below the UVLO threshold.

The ADCMP392 is available in an 8-pin Narrow Body SOIC package. The ADCMP392 is specified to operate over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
