产品详情
BF504是Blackfin处理器家族中BF50x系列的低成本入门级产品。其特性和成本针对不需要外部存储器或可执行闪存的计算密集型工业、汽车和通用应用进行了优化,内核时钟频率为400 MHz,外设集包括2个三相PWM单元、1个ADC控制模块、2个SPI接口、2个SPORT接口、1个CAN控制器、1个PPI、8个通用计数器以及1个移动存储器接口。BF504采用低成本12x12mm LFCSP封装,提供商用和工业两种温度等级的产品,同时可提供通过汽车应用认证的产品。
