Analog Devices A2B™ Automotive Audio Bus is an elegant, easy to use technology that tr
ansports audio and control data together with power over a single cost-effective unshielded twisted pair cable. The recently announced
A2B 2.0 products (ADAA245x) deliver a 4x increase in bandwidth supporting next-generation automotive infotainment, audio, and acoustics systems while maintaining A2B’s deterministic, low-latency operation.
A2B products deliver high fidelity audio while reducing the weight and cost of cabling by up to 75%, which can significantly increase vehicle fuel efficiency. The A2B portfolio includes high-performance, full-featured, low cost, extended distance, and high-power derivatives targeting a variety of automotive, consumer, and industrial applications.
Enhance the performance, reliability, and versatility of your designs with Analog Devices’ high q uality Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) transceivers and inter-integrated circuit (I²C) transceivers. Built to support two of the most widely used serial communication protocols, these devices provide strong signal integrity, longer transmission distances, and excellent noise immunity—ideal for industrial automation, automotive systems, IoT applications, smart sensors, and consumer electronics.
Their compact designs, low power requirements, and full compliance with SPI and I²C standards make integration simple while ensuring consistent, high quality data transfer.

Our RS-232 transceiver portfolio includes up to five drivers and receivers, supporting supply voltages from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and is available in single, dual, and combination configurations. Transceivers are also offered for 3.3 V or 5 V supplies to support data terminal equipment (DTE) or data communications equipment (DCE) applications. Galvanically isolated modules provide low EMI, self-powered solutions that eliminate ground loops and reduce component count.
