The new wide-band SPDT MEMS switch releases (ADGM1001, ADGM1002, ADGM1003) and the SP4T ADGM1144 provide the ideal solution for switching needs in a broad range of test instrumentation from factory floor ATE to bench top test instruments. The solution is available in a small 5mm x 4mm x 0.9mm package with an easy to use 3.3V low voltage supply and control.
