RF prescalers from Analog Devices are designed utilizing the company’s leading RF and PLL design expertise. The ADF500x family offers the industry’s highest performance for a fixed divide ratio of 2, 4 or 8 and can operate to 18 GHz with very low power consumption. Utilizing a nominal 3V supply, these prescalers have differential 100 Ω RF outputs which directly interface to the differential RF inputs of the PLL.
