Product Description

Monolithic RF Amplitude and Phase Shifter

The AD8341 is a high performance RF vector modulator that operates over an input frequency range from 1.5GHz to 2.4GHz. The part enables continuous and independent amplitude and phase adjustment capabilities. A complete 360° of phase adjustment and greater than 30dB of gain control is augmented through a broadband Cartesian I/Q interface. The I and Q interface offers a full power signal bandwidth of 230MHz which can be driven single ended or differentially, with a ±500mV full scale input.

The AD8341 is supplied in 24-lead LFCSP and fully specified over –40 to 85°C temperature range.
