Analog Devices offers a wide range of robust hot swap controllers. ADI integrates industry-leading converter and amplifier cores with Hot Swap controllers to provide unmatched ± 1% power monitoring accuracy. The ADM1175, ADM1176, ADM1177, ADM1178 and ADM1275 add an I2C interface allowing digital voltage and current data to be read from the device and power consumption for the rail to be calculated.

ADM1175-78 & ADM1191-92 Evaluation Software

This version of software supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 and is recommended for new installations. It requires the ADMxxxx Common Run-time to be installed in order to provide driver support for the all supported I2C interfaces. This includes the USB-SDP-CABLEZ, USB-SMBUS-CABLEZ and USB-5PSMBUS-CABLEZ interfaces.

Notes

  • If there are previous versions of this software (v3.0.1 or earlier), or the AM106x SuperSequencer software (v4.0.6) installed they should be removed prior to installing the common run-time.
  • If you are using a USB-SMBUS-CABLEZ or USB-5PSMBUS-CABLEZ follow the instructions in the "Updating USB-IIC Dongle' document shown below to update the Windows device driver.

    Valid for ADM1062-69, ADM1075, ADM1175-92, and ADM1275-6.
