Description

ATE platforms demand higher channel density, increased power capability, and broad configurability within strict space and height limits. This design uses an active‑clamp flyback controller ADP1074 to deliver 30 W of output power, extendable to 60 W with an external fan, and integrates the LTC7106 for accurate digital voltage telemetry along with the LT3062 for auxiliary supply generation. All functionality is achieved within a 16th‑brick DOSA‑compliant footprint, supporting a 48 V input and a programmable 30–60 V output range. The solution addresses key design challenges, including maintaining a module height under 7 mm, enabling wide output voltage programmability, and providing digital control and output monitoring for telemetry.
