Analog Devices’ optical and logarithmic transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) offer high performance, single-chip solutions for precise photodiode current-to-voltage conversion. Our optical TIAs support data rates from 155 Mbps to 11.1 Gbps, making them ideal for high speed data communications and telecommunications applications. Designed for exceptional accuracy, our logarithmic TIAs provide a linear-in-dB voltage output across a dynamic range of up to 200 dB (1 pA to 10 mA) and are widely used in optical power measurement, baseband compression, current and voltage ratio measurement, and optical absorbance analysis.
