Employee Networks
At Analog Devices, we encourage our people to network, contribute, and support their passions inside and outside of work. We believe that diverse backgrounds, voices, and points of view result in better solutions and create a positive workplace. From young professionals to industry veterans, ADI has a place for everyone, whether it’s the Green Team, the Women’s Leadership Network, or one of our technical special interest groups.
Young Professionals Network (YPN)
ADI’s global Young Professionals Network is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of early career employees and creating a fun, collaborative culture that attracts and retains emerging talent.
Women’s Leadership Network (WLN)
Our global Women’s Leadership Network is set to inspire and empower women to take on leadership roles within ADI and their communities. The network supports this through workshops, leadership opportunities, and involvement in community-based initiatives.
LGBTQ+ Network
The ADI LGBTQ+ Network is a worldwide community that is open to all Analog Devices employees. We are here to help ensure that LGBTQ+ employees have a safe and supportive working environment where everyone is free to be their genuine selves. While June is our anchor month, with scheduled events at several locations across the globe, we are active year-round in helping educate the greater ADI community about the many challenges that members of the LGBTQ+ community face every day.
Analog Veterans Network (AVN)
The Analog Veterans Network was created to organize, mobilize, attract, mentor, and give voice to military veterans, reservists, and guardsmen within ADI to step into company leadership roles. This network gives back to both local municipal communities and the veterans’ community nationally.
People of Color and Allies Network (POCAN)
At ADI, we embrace a culture of inclusion that values and leverages the unique and broad perspectives of our workforce. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives motivate our global team members to convey their ideas and celebrate their cultures and differences. People of Color and Allies Network (POCAN) elevates and prioritizes the unique needs of People of Color (POC) at ADI and creates opportunities for allies to support their colleagues from these underrepresented groups.
Neurodiversity Network
People think, learn, and experience the world in diverse ways. At ADI, we recognize this neurodiversity as an asset! When people see problems differently, they solve problems differently—and that makes all of us stronger. The Neurodiversity Network was created to champion neurodivergent inclusion and support at Analog Devices with the understanding that there are many ways to work, thrive, and define success. This network strives to enable individuals of all neurotypes to realize their talents and potential, increase innovation and productivity, and invest in their personal well-being.
The Green Team Network
A global network of green teams who come together to educate about sustainability as well as inspire and empower employees about what they can do for the environment. Its volunteers seek to develop and contribute to cultures of sustainability within Analog Devices, in our communities, and in our homes to catalyze change.
Community Activities Board
The Community Activities Board’s mission is to help plan and facilitate employee engagement through volunteering across the globe. We aim to bring ADI employees together for a common goal, whether for a charity or a community project.
