FORBES RECOGNIZES ADI AMONG WORLD’S TOP FEMALE-FRIENDLY COMPANIES 2021
Analog Devices has been named by Forbes and Statista as one of the World’s Top Female-Friendly Companies 2021. We are ranked #88 out of 300 global companies in this inaugural list.
This distinction is based on independent research conducted among 85,000 women respondents in 40 countries. Scores are based on employee responses, public opinion, and leadership criteria at the board and executive levels.
ADI is launching several efforts dedicated to improving female representation within the workplace. One such initiative is Elevate, our flagship leadership program for women. This year-long experience focuses on providing ADI's female talent in early-, mid-, and senior-career stages with development and exposure opportunities in preparation for the next stage of leadership.
Celebrating International Women’s Day
Bias says that the default engineer is male and that women don’t belong in tech. At Analog Devices, we recognize that the tech industry needs engineers of all genders, and we are working to break the bias by creating a workplace with equal opportunities for all people to grow and thrive. See how we are continuing our efforts in 2022 and beyond!
