Switching controllers utilize external power MOSFETs to offer design engineers the flexibility to set output current levels and limits, that typically range from 5 A to 25 A per channel for synchronous designs. Analog Devices’ family of synchronous switching controllers provides high conversion efficiency with voltage rails down to 0.6 V with up to 50 A output.
