ARM7TDMI® family integrates 12-, 16- and 24-bit A/D converters, 12-bit DACs with flash, SRAM, and a host of digital peripherals designed for industrial, instrumentation, medical, communications, and automotive applications. The ADuC8xx series was the first to integrate true 12-bit to 24-bit analog precision, in-circuit reprogrammable Flash/EE memory, and an on-chip 8052 core.
Sort:
