Voice-Controlled AI Motor Drive Solution

The demonstration shows how voice commands can control motor speed and direction of a stepper motor driven with the Trinamic TMC5130A cDriver™ integrated motor drive and motion control solution. Voice commands are captured by the MAX78000FTHR evaluation kit which is a power-optimized flexible platform for quick proof-of-concept and early software development of ultra-low power, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The kit includes the MAX78000 Arm® Cortex® M4F processor with an integrated convolutional neural network accelerator and is programmed for this demo with a unique neural network model trained to recognize 20 keywords from the Google speech commands dataset.
