The LTM4624 is a 4A step-down µModule regulator in a tiny 6.25 × 6.25 × 5.01mm package. Requiring just two 1206 case size ceramic capacitors and a 0603 resistor for operation, the LTM4624 step-down solution requires less than one square centimeter on a single sided PCB. Watch the LTM4624 deliver greater than 80% efficiency for a 1.8V, 4A load from a 5V and 12V input with low thermal rise and excellent transient response using demo board DC1889.
