Product Details

The TMC9660-3PH-EVKIT is a set of one MCU board Landungsbruecke, one Eselsbruecke and one TMC9660-3PH-EVAL driver board. It allows for a quick and simple start within only minutes to make your motor turning, while still providing full access to all registers and full functionality and diagnostics.

The TMC9660-3PH-EVKIT is part of the ADI Trinamic evaluation board system. It is a 70V/10A permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM)/brushless DC (BLDC) evaluation kit that allows evaluation of the TMC9660, which is a highly integrated monolithic motor controller and gate driver IC for three-phase BLDC motors, two-phase bipolar stepper motors, and DC motors.

The TMC9660-3PH-EVAL focuses on the usage of three-phase BLDC motors with the possibility to use ABN encoders or digital hall sensors as position feedback mechanism. Additionally, the board allows simultaneous control of a brake chopper and an electromechanical brake through the otherwise unused fourth half-bridge.
