Typical supply current is 7.5μA per amplifier with a maximum of 10μA. The available shutdown mode has been optimized to minimize power consumption in duty-cycled applications and features low charge loss during powerup, reducing total system power.
The LTC2066/LTC2067/LTC2068’s self-calibrating circuitry results in very low input offset (5μV max) and offset drift (0.02μV/°C). The maximum input bias current is only 35pA and does not exceed 150pA over the full specified temperature range. The extremely low input bias current of the LTC2066/LTC2067/LTC2068 allows the use of high value power-saving resistors in the feedback network.
With its ultralow quiescent current and outstanding precision, the LTC2066/LTC2067/LTC2068 can serve as a signal chain building block in portable, energy harvesting and wireless sensor applications.
The LTC2066 is available in 6-lead SC70 and 5-lead TSOT-23 packages. The LTC2067 is available in 8-lead MSOP and 10-lead DFN packages. The LTC2068 is available in 14-lead TSSOP and 16-lead 3mm × 3mm QFN packages. These devices are fully specified over the –40°C to 85°C and –40°C to 125°C temperature ranges.

Tools & Simulations
LTspice® is a powerful, fast and free simulation software, schematic capture and waveform viewer with enhancements and models for improving the simulation of analog circuits.
To launch ready-to-run LTspice demonstration circuits for this part:
Step 1: Download and install LTspice on your computer.
Step 2: Click on the link in the section below to download a demonstration circuit.
Step 3: If LTspice does not automatically open after clicking the link below, you can instead run the simulation by right clicking on the link and selecting “Save Target As.” After saving the file to your computer, start LTspice and open the demonstration circuit by selecting ‘Open’ from the ‘File’ menu.
Models for the following parts are available in LTspice:
Use the Analog Filter Wizard to design low-pass, high-pass, or band-pass filters with actual op amps in minutes. As you progress through the design process, you can observe the characteristics of your filter design from ideal specifications to real world circuit behavior. Quickly evaluate the tradeoffs in op amp specifications - including gain-bandwidth, noise, and supply current – to determine the best filter design for your requirements.
ADI has always placed the highest emphasis on delivering products that meet the maximum levels of quality and reliability. We achieve this by incorporating quality and reliability checks in every scope of product and process design, and in the manufacturing process as well. "Zero defects" for shipped products is always our goal.
