LVDS/MLVDS

ADI’s portfolio of low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transmitters and receivers includes the first LVDS transceivers to meet 8 kV IEC ESD performance standards for robust, interboard applications in harsh electrostatic environments. Our MLVDS (multipoint LVDS) products are ideal for applications where designers need to transmit at data rates up to 100 Mbps or 200 Mbps to multiple nodes. MLVDS allows a single pair of differential lines to carry this high speed information, saving on connector size and reducing the number of lanes required to fan out this information. Extending iCoupler® chip scale transformer technology for ultrahigh speed data encoding, the LVDS isolator solutions support 600 Mbps data rates and beyond.
