Product Details

The ADH519S is a high dynamic range GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) which covers the 17.5 to 31.5 GHz frequency range. The ADH519S provides 11.4 dB of small signal gain, 5.0 dB of noise figure and has an output IP3 of 19.2 dBm.
