The ADH392S is a GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier die which operates between 3.5 GHz and 7.0 GHz. The amplifier provides 15.5 dB of gain, 2.4 dB noise figure, and 28 dBm OIP3 on a +5V supply voltage. The ADH392S has six bonding adjustment options which allow the user to select the bias point and output power of the device (+15 dBm to +18 dBm). The ADH392S amplifier can easily be integrated into Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs) due to its small size.
