Overview

  • Gain: 10.5 dB @ 37 GHz
  • Noise Figure: 3.8 dB @ 37 GHz
  • Output P1dB: +11.5 dBm @ 37 GHz
  • Supply Voltage: +5V @ 45 mA
  • Small size: 1.6 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.1 mm
  • Screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534, Class K

The ADH-ALH445S is a GaAs MMIC HEMT self-biased, wideband Low Noise Amplifier die which operates between 18 and 43 GHz. The amplifier provides 10.5 dB Gain, 4 dB noise figure and +11.5 dBm output P1dB between 37 GHz and 43 GHz while requiring only 45 mA from a single +5V supply. The ADH-ALH445S amplifier is ideal for integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs) due to its small size.
