Designing reliable power solutions for space-grade RF systems presents unique challenges, particularly when strict noise, size, and reliability constraints must be met. The AD9361S-CSH—engineered for commercial space high-reliability applications—requires radiation- hardened power components, as standard commercial or CSL-grade devices do not meet the necessary qualification standards. Additionally, the AD9361S-CSH is sensitive to power supply noise and requires a low noise solution for 1.3V main supply, VDD_INTERFACE, and VDD_GPO supply. These challenges are addressed with a high-reliability, radiation-hardened power solution tailored for traditional space environments. Optimized for compact form factor and low-noise performance - ideal for space-constrained satellite communication systems.
