AD7400*是一款二阶Σ-Δ调制器,采用ADI公司iCoupler®技术的片内数字隔离,能将模拟输入信号转换为高速的1比特数据流。AD7400采用5V电源供电,可输入±200 mV的差分信号(满量程±320 mV)。模拟调制器对输入信号连续采样,因而无需外部采样保持电路。输入信息包含在数据率为10 MHz的输出流中,通过适当的数字滤波器可重构原始信息。串行I/O可采用5 V或3 V电源供电(VDD2)。
串行接口采用数字式隔离。通过将高速CMOS工艺和单片空芯变压器技术结合在一起,较之传统光耦合器等其它器件来说,片内隔离能提供更加优异的工作特性。该器件内置片内基准电压。AD7400采用16引脚SOIC封装,工作温度范围为−40°C至+105°C。
